A Lost Angel

One week ago yesterday my cat had a litter of kittens, as you all saw. Well on Tuesday of this past week the little little girl passed away. It was a bit heart crushing because I tried so hard to keep her alive. I even picked out a name for her. Elise, little sweet Elise. Well I had 10$ and I went out and got some things for her to bury her in. So now she is in kitty heaven playing with all the yarn she could dream of and drinking all the milk.Aaron, my boyfriend, got attached to her as well and made her a head stone using a Yugioh card named Brave Cat, which she was.

Week 15- Aged beauty

Every time I read a prompt I try and think of the endless amount of things I could do. This week was quite easy in my opinion. Recently my grandmother passed away and I got her scarves and handkerchiefs  which are beautiful and old, and some other things of hers. That's what I wanted to use. All I had to do was wait for the perfect lighting since I wanted to do it outside. But living in the "sunshine" state while it wants to rain didn't provide me with the perfect lighting. Till last night when the sun was setting.

Week 14-Up close!

SO this week I knew exactly what I was going to do for up close pictures. But today, April 6, 2013 my kitty, Issis, went into labor. It was all kind of sudden to. I have been looking up all sorts of information about pregnant cats, cats going into labor, cats in labor, and Issis must not of read any of it because she did nothing that the information told me.
      I was watching an anime when I happened to look back at her and she was panting. I looked at Aaron and told him, she's panting. He rushes into our room and gets the blankets we had set aside for her and brings them into the guest room where i called Issis into. The moment she started to get comfy she started contracting. Now me, I was the excited one calling everyone I knew to tell them that she was going into labor. The first one was the hardest for her to squeeze out but she did it. Cutest lil guy ever too. Time passes and he wasn't nursing, so I'm freaking out (it was just me and Aaron home at the time, neither of us knew what we were doing). I was trying to nurse him and he wasn't taking, and here is Issis pushing out the second one. So they both starting nursing....after the 7th kitten came sloshing out of her.
    We were expecting 3-4, not 7!
 But let me tell you, they are the cutest lil guys and girls ever. So here is to Close up! Kitten faces and just plain ole kitten cuteness!
